Where Are We Located?
We are located in Cambridge, Ontario and
service the Waterloo Wellington Region and the surrounding area.
How Can I Customize My Picnic?
We have curated 4 picnic themes that cater to many different celebrations. Select the one that best suits your event and we can adjust your quote according to any custom additions you'd like to request!
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to plan and prepare your event.
How long is a Picnic?
Picnics are priced based on a 2-hour rental. Additional hours are available as an add-on, for a maximum of 4 hours in total. (dependent on the event) For parties of 8 or more we recommend you book additional time.
How To Book Our Picnic?
Click on "Inquire Here" and you will be prompted to complete a booking request form. We will reach out within 2 business days to provide you with a quote, a Terms & Conditions form, and a request for a deposit ($100.00) to hold your spot. You will then be emailed an invoice requesting your remaining balance 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
Best Form Of Payment?
The deposit and remaining balance are accepted by form of e-transfer.

Picnics can also take place anywhere such as in private locations, like your home, rooftop, or office - large and small spaces work! If you need help choosing a location, we can help you select the best one for your event.

What a wonderful time we had at the picnic! I guess I didn't know what to expect but you most certainly surpassed everyone's expectations! The table and whole environment was exquisite! Rustic Rendezvous was the event I didn't know I needed. What a wonderful way to spend time with girlfriends in a photogenic (read: Pinterest/Insta-worthy!!!) setting. No detail was overlooked, from little fans to cozy blankets. Definitely suggest the Polaroid add-on which was a fun way to keep the memories of the day! Would definitely recommend for your next shower, birthday party, or girls' night!!
